One Hyde Park is one of the most exstravagant
buildings in the world. This is "one" venue you can be sure would not disappoint
dinner guests.
It's like a later addition to the rich tapestry
of an already iconic piece of London's imperial heritage, One Hyde Park has
become a landmark in itself and will for many years be a benchmark on which
developers in prime spots will be judged.
It's price tab could certainly lend itself to
something much more mobile such as the super yacht Candyscape ( also by the
Candy brothers ) but likely buyers will have already aspired to owning both. One
would only think there should be a new name for a penthouse of this order and
debutesq agree that super prime just isn't enough.
However the new owner decides to refer to their
new London pad it's sure to become a very memorable part of their global asset
base and one which guests may refer to as the city yacht.
One thing to be sure about is you either have to
be a global player or be in a position to shake daddy's tomb ( first time buyers
in certain parts of the world do this ) and tell him you're just about to buy
the eighth wonder of the world.
